Everything you write is yours alone: never shown to LinkedIn, never shared with other users, never sold, and never used to train models.
On a profile
The sidebar opens on every profile you visit and fills instantly from a local cache rather than waiting on the network. Status in one click, free-form tags, notes with full history, and a follow-up date your browser will remind you about.
On search results
On people search, My Network and a company's People tab, the panel lists the people on the page instead — one row each, with a Save button. Save someone without opening their profile, then keep scrolling.
In the toolbar
Search your whole contact database from anywhere, not just on LinkedIn, and jump back to whoever you worked on last. Sign in, see your plan, reopen a closed sidebar.
There is no select-all, no save-on-scroll, and no bulk capture. Every record is one deliberate click.
The other half
A dashboard for the same account
The extension is half the product. The rest is a web dashboard where the whole database is searchable, exportable, and organised into campaigns.
- Search everything — names, headlines, companies, reminder labels, and the full text of your notes.
- Filter and sort by tag, relationship status, or reminder state: overdue, upcoming, none.
- Saved views — name any combination of search, filters and sort and it becomes a chip you can return to. Views have their own links, so a morning routine can be a bookmark.
- Every follow-up in one place, split into overdue and upcoming, earliest first, with a one-click snooze.
Campaigns
A goal with people attached
A role you are filling, a raise or sales push you are running, a job search across several companies. A campaign answers the question a contact list cannot: how is this effort going, and who moved it?
- A kanban board of that campaign's stages. Drag someone from Contacted to Replied to Screened.
- A table of the same people, where you set each person's role and mark who turned out to be pivotal.
- A retrospective per campaign: the outcome, how long it ran, the funnel by stage, and the people you flagged.
How it treats LinkedIn
A read-and-annotate tool, built to stay one
- It never clicks, connects, messages, endorses, or submits anything on your behalf. No automation of any kind.
- It calls no LinkedIn API and reads no LinkedIn cookie, token, or session.
- It changes nothing on the page. The panel lives in its own shadow root beside LinkedIn's markup, never inside it.
- It reads five fields from a profile you opened yourself — name, headline, company, profile URL, and photo URL — and nothing else. Not your feed, not your inbox, not your messages.
- It never bulk-collects. Records are created one at a time, by your click or by your visit.

Questions
Does LinkedIn know I am using this?
No. The extension takes no action on LinkedIn, calls no LinkedIn API, and adds nothing to LinkedIn's own page — the panel renders in its own shadow root beside it. Your notes, tags and reminders are never sent to LinkedIn. One thing is worth knowing: contact photos are loaded by your browser from LinkedIn's image CDN rather than copied onto our servers, so LinkedIn's CDN can see that some browser requested a photo. The privacy policy explains that in full.
Could this get my LinkedIn account restricted?
RolodexIn automates nothing — no auto-connect, no auto-message, no bulk collection, no API calls. LinkedIn has taken action against extensions that automate user actions; a pure read-and-annotate tool is materially different. We designed it that way on purpose and it is not a setting you can turn on.
What exactly does it read?
Five fields, from a profile you opened yourself: name, headline, company, profile URL, and photo URL. It does not read your feed, your inbox, or your messages, and it does not touch your LinkedIn session or cookies.
Do I need an account?
Yes, created with Google sign-in on the dashboard. The extension will cache and queue your edits while you are signed out, but syncing, search and the dashboard need an account.
Does it work offline?
The sidebar keeps working offline and signed out. Edits are cached locally and queued, then sync when you are back.
Can I get my data out?
Always. Contacts as CSV and every campaign as CSV on every plan, free included. The paid plans add full-history JSON with notes and interactions. Exporting is never the thing you have to pay for.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. A downgrade is never destructive — you keep what you have, and the free plan's limits apply to what you add next.
